Christmas Opening Hours 2025

Our opening times for Christmas week 2025 and New Year week 2026 are as follows;

Tuesday 23rd December 1.30 to 2.30pm at St Michael & All Angels Church Hall, South Normanton

Wednesday 24th December 1.30 to 2.30pm at Room 1 Alfreton House, Alfreton

Tuesday 30th December 1.30 to 2.30pm at St Michael & All Angels Church Hall, South Normanton

Wednesday 31st December 1.30 to 2.30pm at Room 1 Alfreton House, Alfreton

Friday 2nd January 2026 1.30 to 2.30pm at St Michael & All Angels Church Hall, South Normanton

Please remember a Voucher is required for each session which should be obtained prior to Referral Agencies closing before Christmas. (Agencies will issue 2 vouchers (if you ask them) 1 for each week they are closed if you need support over Christmas and New Year)  We will honour vouchers that are outside of the 7 day expiry period during Christmas and New Year weeks so you can get them in time for the Agency closures.

The closing times for some agencies are detailed below:

Amber Valley Borough Council  Close Midday on Wednesday 24th December 2025 and Re-open 9am on 2nd January 2026 (01773 570222)

Bolsover District Council Close 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and Re-open 9am on 2nd January 2026 (01246 242424)

Help Through Hardship Close 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and Re-open 9am on 2nd January 2026 (Freephone 0808 208 2138)

Priority will be given to those clients with vouchers
